BehindTheRabbit is a company founded by Cristiano M. Gaston. The name was inspired by a famous scene from the movie “Monty Python and the Holy Grail”. The rabbit logos were designed by Francesco Gaston.

Purchase
Purchase is handled by e-junkie and can be performed via PayPal. Moreover, you can use your credit card with no need to create a PayPal account. After payment, you will be redirected to a download page and you will receive an e-mail with a download link. This link will expire after a few days (or 5 downloads), so don’t forget to keep a backup copy of your original file.
All sales are final.
Updates
Updates are free. They usually keep your file up-to-date with your Sandvox version and sometimes add new features. If an update is available, an e-mail will be sent to the buyer’s address (you can unsubscribe at any time from update e-mails). If you don’t receive your free download link, contact support to receive one.
Support
Every Theme and Design is released “as-is” and no support whatsoever is guaranteed. Anyway, if you experience any problem with download, installation, customization or any other use of our designs feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to help you. This applies both to paid and free themes.
I usually reply in no more than 1-2 working days. Languages supported are english and italian.
Support is suspended in August and between Dec 23rd and Jan 6th.
FAQ
1. I didn’t receive my download link
If you don’t receive your download link minutes after your payment, check your anti-spam folder on your computer or your anti-spam settings. If you think they’re ok, contact support.
2. I have a problem with my Sandvox Design
Before contacting support, try to switch design and see what happens: if your problem persists, the issue is not affecting the design and we can’t help.
If otherwise the issue is design-related, describe it at your best and, if needed, attach a screenshot to your e-mail.
